The church is closest to Bloomfield, the smallest of the three cities, but the town is also the entry point for traffic coming and going from Albuquerque. Pastor Tom Dierdorf concentrates on personally meeting guests on their first Sunday.He believes that people determine within the first five minutes if they will come again.The Baptist New Mexican asked churches from different parts of the state how they follow up on guests.Their responses varied according to location, local culture, church size, and pastoral preference.
